I am in a room with 4 beds, but I paid for a private room so no one else is able to stay in here. But since Lauren and I shared a taxi here, and she found out she was going to be sleeping with 5 other people, she decided to move over into my room which was totally fine with me because I needed the company.
The first night here was absolutely awful. It was so loud, and I hadn’t bought a fan yet for some white noise, so I never thought I would be able to last here and wanted to get right back on a plane and come home. But I’ve been here for a week now, and it has gotten better. There is a kitchen we can use downstairs and also a lounge area with satellite TV. I use the kitchen everyday, but it’s hard when your sharing with soooo many other people. We also do have our own bathroom, but the shower only runs for about 30 seconds, so you have to continually push a button while showering. So needless to say, I’ve been counting down the nights I have left to stay in this place….10 to go. Below are some pictures of the hostel.
"Fire assembly point?" Meaning that's where you go in the event of a fire?
